The Korean martial art of Moo Sul Kwan Taekwondo, taught at the CTI, teaches self-control as both the upper and lower body perform intricate, coordinated movements. This dynamic form of self-defense strengthens the body, mind and spirit giving the student a powerful springboard to a more successful life.
